Do Your Own Homework on Selecting Your Local Pool Builder or Spa Retailer

Bigfish Publications works diligently to insure that our network of builders meet our quality standards and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Certifed Network Agreement. Although the Bigfish Publications will work to assist our clients resolve "open issues", we are not responsible in any way for the construction of your swimming pool and/or spa. As a client, YOU assume all responsibility of selecting your pool or spa builder. Further, the Bigfish Publications can not be held responsible for the selection of your builder, project delays, or other issues pertaining to the construction or delivery of your swimming pool and/or spa.

Customer Responsibilities:
In using any and all services provided by members of the Certifed Network you acknowledge that the Bigfish Publications is not acting as your pool builder, spa dealer, general contractor, agent, or lawyer. It is your responsibility to select a contractor and to negotiate the terms for any work performed not that of the Bigfish Publications or PoolSpaCertified.com. You should consult with appropriate expert advisers to assist in your home improvements and pool/spa construction, including a lawyer regarding contracts, permits, and other necessary job documentation, and an insurance professional regarding the contractor's and your own insurance coverage requirements. Bigfish Publications only performs initial screening of information provided by contractors or their agents based upon specified objective criteria; Bigfish Publications Network does not:(i) Provide advice on which pool or spa contractor to select for your project, (ii) Screen contractors' personal credit or legal standing, (iii) Bigfish Publications relies on electronic data provided by third parties and on statements made by contractors and service providers and their customer references to determine which contractors and service providers to include in our Certifed Network. Due to the inherent time delay in the data gathering process, pending actions or other issues affecting a contractor's record may have occurred which were not captured by the third party data sources used.
